ETT guarantees its heating and air conditioning units

ETT air treatment systems with energy recovery are contractually guaranteed one year both in France and worldwide. In mainland France, the guarantee covers parts, labour and call out charges.

12 months minimum guarantee

ETT units come with a 1-year parts guarantee (minimum). According to your project, you may need to purchase a total or partial guarantee extension.

You may also purchase a guarantee (total or partial) to cover your ETT air conditioning, heating and ventilation installation.

Requests for guarantees are processed by our local technical station, with the support of the ETT Services team.
